"A reoccurring theme in my artwork is our relationship to architecture and the modern landscape. I use draftsmanship and a range of drawing and painting media (on combined surfaces of paper) to create images of architectural environments in states of flux, shifting between modes of representation and abstraction, perspectival space and surface pattern. The anonymity of figures and places are intended to encourage viewers to relate their own experiences to these pictorial environments, while also contemplating the layers of shared history that buildings represent."
