Shipping Policy

Orders ship via USPS or FedEx within 3 business days after the order was placed unless you are contacted with a change of status. We will email you a tracking number once your order ships. We ship internationally. Shipping and handling charges vary by item quantity and weight as well as shipping region. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice. Please note that expedited shipping incurs extra charges.

Return Policy:
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee. Any returns made after this 7 day period and up to 30 days will be given gallery credit for the full amount of the artwork. Any refund or credit given for a return will be honored after a full condition inspection of the artwork. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Damages:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of order delivery so we can file a damage claim. Follow the steps below:
Document the damage with digital photos in 3 stages:
1) Before opening the box if the outside of your package looks damaged;
2) After you've opened the box and notice product damage inside the box;
3) After you remove the item from its packaging.
Email photos of the damage to info@bluespiral1.com. Please retain the box and packaging materials your item arrived in for the damage claim process. We will assess the damage and work with you to rectify and resolve the issue, be it through repair, replacement, store credit or refund.

Refunds(if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged or altered. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment. If approved, refunds of special and custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds(if applicable):
It may take 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. If you haven't yet received a refund, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bluespiral1.com

Exchanges(if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
