The Blue Ridge Mountains have long been a source of artistic inspiration. Artists move to and travel through this region to expand their creativity through breathtaking views, seasonal colors, and the way the light moves over the mountains. They also respond to the geographical elements - rocks, soil, water. The artists in this exhibition each follow their own path through the mountains and create visual interpretations in paint, glass, clay, pastel and graphite.
