Through confident and keen observations, the artists in this group exhibition create works that encourage rumination and provoke the question; What is beyond the horizon? Each artist approaches their craft with an appreciation for the nuances of their chosen mediums that include; pastel,  woven silk, abstract painting, fiber, and printmaking.  Alongside the works in the show will be an exclusive ten-day “Bonsai as Fine Art”exhibition; the first of its kind in Asheville. The show includes 20 works by professional bonsai artists and members of the Blue Ridge Bonsai Society. The collaborative exhibition highlights where fine art, landscape design, and horticultural skill come together to celebrate extraordinary craftsmanship.
