“Color in Motion” presents work from three artists working in fiber, glass, and basketry. Patti Quinn Hill weaves rhythmically crafted baskets with painted archival paper, imbuing traditional forms with contemporary notions; Julian Jamaal Jones employs quilts and drawings to explore vibrant colors and forms, initiating a dialogue around his Black experience; Shane Fero creates flameworked glass works that highlight the dynamic nature of a thoughtfully prismatic color palette.
